Seller and offer
Sunnyday Technologies LLC, Wisconsin, United States, sells one versioned maintained hosted delivery of the CEMFORGE Mix Card for the price and payment method shown at checkout. Support and legal notice intake: cemforge@sunn3d.com.
This MVP offer is available only to eligible purchasers located in the United States. Availability is subject to applicable tax, sanctions, export, and other legal restrictions.
What is delivered
The purchase covers the identified hosted rendering, provenance information, receipt-bound delivery, and a 30-day delivery-recovery and support period. It requests no formulation or project input and creates no new prediction or customer-specific analysis. The underlying source record remains available without charge under its stated CC BY 4.0 license.
Acceptance and authority
By selecting “Buy” and authorizing payment, you agree to these Terms, the Datapack License, and the Refund Policy, version CF-MVP-2026-09-21.1, and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. You represent that you are legally able and authorized to bind the purchaser.
For x402, submitting a signed payment authorization that exactly matches the stored quote constitutes acceptance of this policy version for one identified delivery entitlement. A blockchain transfer without the matching stored quote and resource binding does not create an order.
Technical-use limitation
CEMFORGE information is decision support. It is not a laboratory result, certification, performance guarantee, or professional engineering approval. Independently validate materials, equipment, process conditions, and resulting performance before use.
Use, warranties, and liability
You may not use the delivery unlawfully, misrepresent it as physically validated or certified, bypass delivery controls, or resell access to the hosted delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the delivery is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunnyday is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, property damage, rework, or injury arising from reliance on the delivery. Sunnyday’s aggregate liability for this purchase will not exceed the amount paid for it. These limits do not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit.
Version and order of terms
The quote and receipt identify the product, delivery, price, and policy versions for the order. Sunnyday may change future prices or terms prospectively, but a later version does not alter an accepted order. These product-specific policies control over conflicting general CEMFORGE terms for this Mix Card delivery.
Governing law
Wisconsin law governs to the extent a choice of law is permitted, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections of an otherwise applicable jurisdiction. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or exclusive Wisconsin forum on consumers. Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in their home courts.
