Refund Policy

Effective 2026-06-08. Applies to LOGiMIX Datapacks sold through this gateway.

Consumed units

Consumed units are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. A unit is consumed only when the API returns a successful formulation.

Unused units

Unused wallet units may be refunded through operator review. Refunds preserve consumed-unit history and do not restore already delivered outputs.

Failed calls

Invalid input, upstream timeout, and no-result responses do not consume units. If a debit is reserved before a non-result, the Worker reverses the reserved debit.

Disputes and chargebacks

Payment disputes, chargebacks, external refunds, or fraud signals may suspend account access and API keys while evidence is preserved.

How to request

Email support@sunn3d.com with the purchase ID and the requested unused-unit refund amount. Do not send API keys or secrets.
