Sunnyday Technologies LLC offers CEMFORGE Datapacks to interested businesses and individual consumers through mutually accepted written orders, subject to applicable law, tax, sanctions/export restrictions, privacy requirements, and mandatory consumer rights. Contact cemforge@sunn3d.com to discuss scope. Public self-service checkout remains disabled pending separate approval.

The proposed scoped-sale policy suite CF-SCOPED-2026-09-21.1 is pending owner approval and publication; it has no effective date yet. Its sale terms apply only when expressly incorporated into a mutually accepted written order. Canonical publication destinations: Terms, Privacy, Refunds, and Data Handling. Verify the published version before relying on it.

This gateway page retains future automated-checkout review material. Historical receipt identifier 2026-08-11 is preserved and does not make this candidate effective or replace an existing agreement. Privacy rights and duties apply to actual processing regardless of checkout availability.

Automated-checkout candidate 2026-09-21-review-1 — not effective and not an offer. These separate draft terms concern the optional maintained Mix Card delivery, Datapack API bundles, and future buyer-authorized agent checkout. Publication, a listed offer, or a successful test does not itself approve this candidate.

Commercial launch status

Availability is product- and rail-specific. A published page or test adapter does not make every offer available. The offer feed and checkout response are authoritative for the current SKU. Native ACP and Base-mainnet x402 remain disabled pending their separate seller, tax, refund, privacy, treasury, accounting, and contract gates.

Service scope

CEMFORGE returns synthetic, statistical mix-design predictions for decision support. Outputs are not laboratory measurements, certified values, professional engineering advice, or guarantees of strength, durability, printability, code compliance, or real-world performance.

Validation requirement

Every formulation must be independently validated by qualified personnel through physical testing, trial batching, and project-specific review before real-world, structural, safety-critical, or production use.

Access and credits

One wallet unit is consumed per successful formulation returned. Failed calls and no-result upstream responses are not charged. API keys are issued only after payment diligence and compliance screening are clear. Keys are shown once and must be kept private.

x402 Base Sepolia interoperability pilot

If the offer feed reports the x402 route enabled, it is a Base Sepolia testnet interoperability path for one bounded deterministic evidence slice. Testnet assets have no promised cash value. Do not place confidential, customer, personal, export-controlled, or project data on a public chain or in a payment memo. The buying agent must have express delegated authority for the exact resource, price, network, expiry, and policy version. Payment verification or settlement alone does not prove that authority or contract formation. Base mainnet is unavailable until the stated tax, screening, refund, treasury, accounting, privacy, and reconciliation gates pass.

Mix Card and open-source licenses

The underlying benchmark source record remains available without purchase under the license stated in that record (currently CC BY 4.0). The mix_card_1 purchase price is for a separate, version-pinned hosted delivery: maintained HTML rendering, embedded provenance manifest, receipt-bound private delivery, and bounded delivery recovery/support. It is not a fee for the source record, exclusive ownership, or removal of the open license. Buying the delivery does not narrow or expand any public source-code, schema, dataset, or record license.

The purchased version includes delivery compatibility, provenance/errata handling, and credential-retained link-recovery support for 30 days. The human checkout UI requires the same browser session and there is no account-based recovery. It does not include a new model run, a new source record, future technical-content versions, custom mix advice, engineering review, or project-specific LOGiMIX work. The x402 testnet evidence-slice pilot remains separate. A commercial x402 purchase, when its status is enabled, buys the same fixed mix_card_1 delivery offered through Stripe.

Acceptable use

No key sharing, resale, sublicensing, scraping, metering bypass, model extraction, or reverse engineering.
No unlawful, embargoed, restricted-party, controlled military, proliferation, or non-civil end use.
No submission of data you do not have rights to use.

Suspension

Sunnyday may hold, suspend, revoke, or deny access for fraud signals, risk holds, metadata mismatch, refund/dispute events, restricted-party concerns, legal requirements, or abuse.

IP and outputs

You retain rights in submitted inputs and may use delivered private API outputs for internal engineering, research, and product-development decision support, subject to third-party rights and the final order terms. Sunnyday does not obtain permission to train on, publish, benchmark, or market with customer content merely because notice and checkout terms were accepted; any such secondary use requires a separate specific opt-in or written agreement.

Warranty and liability

The Service and outputs are provided as is and as available, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The contracting entity is Sunnyday Technologies LLC, formed in Wisconsin, USA. The recovered CEMFORGE terms use Wisconsin law and a Wisconsin dispute framework; consumer applicability, non-waivable rights, warranty, liability, indemnity, and the prepaid-pack adaptation remain under review before automated sales are enabled. No output transfers responsibility from the buyer and its qualified professionals for physical validation, project decisions, permitting, code compliance, or safety.
