Effective 2026-06-08. These terms apply to CEMFORGE Datapacks and CEMFORGE API access provided by Sunnyday Technologies LLC.

Service scope

CEMFORGE returns synthetic, statistical mix-design predictions for decision support. Outputs are not laboratory measurements, certified values, professional engineering advice, or guarantees of strength, durability, printability, code compliance, or real-world performance.

Validation requirement

Every formulation must be independently validated by qualified personnel through physical testing, trial batching, and project-specific review before real-world, structural, safety-critical, or production use.

Access and credits

One wallet unit is consumed per successful formulation returned. Failed calls and no-result upstream responses are not charged. API keys are issued only after payment diligence and compliance screening are clear. Keys are shown once and must be kept private.

Acceptable use

• No key sharing, resale, sublicensing, scraping, metering bypass, model extraction, or reverse engineering.
• No unlawful, embargoed, restricted-party, controlled military, proliferation, or non-civil end use.
• No submission of data you do not have rights to use.

Suspension

Sunnyday may hold, suspend, revoke, or deny access for fraud signals, risk holds, metadata mismatch, refund/dispute events, restricted-party concerns, legal requirements, or abuse.

IP and outputs

You may use delivered outputs for internal engineering, research, and product-development decision support. Sunnyday retains all rights in the Service, software, models, datasets, documentation, and know-how, and may generate similar outputs for others.

Warranty and liability

The Service and outputs are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sunnyday disclaims implied warranties and liability for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, property damage, structural failure, rework, personal injury, or other losses arising from use of the Service or formulations.
