What we collect

  • Stripe purchase/payment identifiers, wallet records, refund/dispute state, and risk signals. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in D1.
  • API key/device-token hashes, prefixes, status, quotas, wallet balances, and ledger rows. Plaintext keys are shown once and not stored.
  • Operational usage metadata such as timestamp, account ID, target strength, material count, upstream status, latency, confidence, model source, charge status, and estimated cost.
  • Trade-compliance activation data: buyer name, organization, attestation receipt, approximate geo/compliance signals, and CSL match metadata.
  • Standard infrastructure logs processed by hosting, security, support, and payment providers.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, store payment instruments, use inputs for advertising profiles, or expose customer identity to the CEMFORGE prediction engine. The gateway does not persist full formulation request payloads or returned formulations by default.

Why we use data

We use data to provide prepaid API access, reconcile payments and refunds, screen trade-compliance risk, prevent fraud/abuse, improve reliability, support customers, and maintain legal/accounting records.

Providers

Current operational providers include Stripe, Cloudflare, the Trade.gov CSL API, the CEMFORGE engine host, and email/support systems used by Sunnyday.

Retention

Wallet, payment, refund, dispute, compliance, and security records are retained as needed for support, tax, legal, export-control, fraud, and dispute evidence. Usage metadata is kept for operational reliability and cost calibration unless longer retention is required for fraud, compliance, or legal claims.

Your rights

Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. Some records may be retained where required for tax, compliance, dispute, security, or legal obligations.

Children

The Service is a B2B technical tool and is not directed to children or minors.
