Information and purpose
We collect contact information you provide; payment, transaction, delivery, and refund records; wallet addresses and public-chain transaction details for x402; limited IP, device, request, and security records; and support communications. We receive this information from you or your authorized agent, payment and infrastructure providers, and the public blockchain.
We use it to process payment, provide and recover delivery, prevent abuse, answer support requests, meet tax and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and comply with law. No formulation or project input is requested for this product. A purchase does not authorize model training, publication, case studies, or marketing with purchaser information.
Providers and transfers
Payment, hosting and security, blockchain and payment-facilitation, email and support, and professional-service providers receive information needed for their roles. Some providers may process information in other countries. Information about the providers and transfer terms used for an enabled payment method is available from privacy@sunn3d.com.
Public blockchain
An x402 payment records wallet addresses, amount, asset, network, and transaction details on a public blockchain. Those records are generally permanent and cannot be deleted by Sunnyday. A refund is a separate transaction and does not erase or reverse the original record. Do not put personal, confidential, customer, project, or export-controlled information in payment metadata.
Retention and rights
Sunnyday keeps its records only as long as needed for delivery, support, security, accounting, tax, disputes, and legal obligations. Provider and blockchain records may be retained independently. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible Sunnyday-controlled information by using the privacy contact above. Required business, security, dispute, and legal records may be retained.
Sunnyday does not sell purchaser personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.
