Refund Policy
Policy version CF-MVP-2026-09-21.1. Applies only to the fixed CEMFORGE Maintained Open Benchmark Mix Card Delivery identified at purchase.
Delivery begins after confirmed payment. Contact cemforge@sunn3d.com with the purchase or transaction identifier for duplicate or unauthorized payment, non-delivery, a technically unreadable delivery, or a material mismatch with the identified product version. Do not send card numbers, private keys, seed phrases, claim credentials, or raw payment signatures.
Sunnyday will provide working delivery or the refund or other remedy required by this policy and applicable law. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, a change-of-mind refund is unavailable after the first successful claim or download. The 30-day recovery and support period is separate from refund eligibility.
An x402 refund is a separate Base USDC transaction to the verified original payer address. The original public-chain record cannot be erased or reversed. A sanctions or ownership concern pauses the refund for review. The transaction receipt states the applicable timing and treatment of network fees before x402 is enabled.
