Datapack License
Policy version CF-MVP-2026-09-21.1. Applies only to the fixed CEMFORGE Maintained Open Benchmark Mix Card Delivery identified at purchase.
Hosted delivery
The purchaser may access and use the purchased hosted delivery internally for evaluation, research, engineering decision support, and recordkeeping. The delivery may be shared with the purchaser’s employees and professional advisers who need it for those purposes and are bound to protect access credentials.
The purchase does not grant exclusivity, ownership of CEMFORGE, resale rights, permission to bypass delivery controls, or a right to represent the material as physically validated, certified, or approved for a project.
Open source record
The underlying source record remains separately available under its stated CC BY 4.0 license. Nothing in this hosted-delivery license narrows or expands that open license.
