Datapacks are offered to interested businesses and individual consumers through inquiries and mutually accepted written orders at cemforge@sunn3d.com, subject to applicable law, tax, sanctions/export, privacy, and mandatory consumer rights. Public self-service availability is separate; an inquiry or agent discovery request does not place an order or authorize spending. Proposed scoped-policy suite CF-SCOPED-2026-09-21.1 is pending owner approval and publication, with no effective date. Sale terms require express incorporation into an accepted written order. The `starter_10` offer (CEMFORGE Datapack Bundle (10 formulation results)) is priced at $99.00 USD and currently reports status `review_disabled`. Do not attempt checkout unless the offer feed reports `available`. When enabled, one unit is consumed only when the API returns a successful formulation; invalid requests and upstream no-result responses are not charged. Outputs are synthetic model predictions for decision support, not laboratory measurements; physical validation is required before structural, safety-critical, or production use. The optional `mix_card_1` offer is a $10 separately maintained hosted delivery: a version-pinned HTML rendering, embedded provenance manifest, receipt-bound private delivery, and 30-day credential-retained link-recovery/support scope. Human checkout recovery requires the same browser session; no authenticated account recovery exists. The price is not for the open record or license, and does not include a new model run, future technical-content versions, or location/project customization. The authoritative offer feed reports whether sales are enabled. ## How an agent buys and uses it 1. Read the offer feed and confirm `starter_10` has status `available`; otherwise stop. 2. Show the buyer the price, legal links, and the synthetic-output / physical-validation disclaimer. 3. Create a Stripe Checkout Session: `POST /v1/checkout/session`. 4. Send the buyer to the returned `checkout_url`. 5. Preserve the once-shown `activation_claim.claim_token` from checkout. After payment, `POST /v1/activate` with that token, the purchase ID, buyer identity, organization, and the required trade-compliance attestation. 6. Store the returned CEMFORGE API key securely (shown once). 7. `POST /v1/predict` with `Authorization: Bearer `. For the optional maintained Mix Card delivery, buy `mix_card_1` only after presenting the free-source alternative. Use Stripe Checkout when the offer status is `available`, or x402 when its commercial launch status is `enabled`, and only with explicit buyer authorization. Preserve the once-shown purchase-bound claim credential through the 30-day recovery window, then call `POST /v1/artifacts/claim` after payment to receive or recover an expiring download bearer credential. Send that credential only in the `Authorization` header to the fixed download path; never place it in a URL.
